symbols from Lord of the Rings

In Lord of the Rings the whole adventure taking place is a symbol. It represented a religious battle between God and Satan, just like in the bible. Saulon was the devil who was once was God’s helper who turned away because he lusted for power. God didn’t appear in the first book but his disciples did. Frodo was like Moses because Frodo had to escape with the ring. So did Moses he had to escape with the Israelites from Egypt. Also there was a part when Sam (Frodo’s companion) jumped into the lake because he wanted help his friend. This showed how loyal they were to each other. I think the author was trying to prove that friends should help each other out even it might kill them.

Book Investigation

i chose to read Lord of the Rings a classical book of fanasty. i chose this book because i tried to finish this book but never got the chance to, but now i am able to. also there is a great christian story to it. this book also has my favorite genres to it, action/a little bit of romance/and a little of comedy here and there. o and the movie was great, i loved the movie. i dont really expect anything just that i have a fun time reading it and that it wouldnt be a waste of time reading it. he ws brilliant and knew how to capture audiences with his books. most of his books were being published after his death. but it was slowed down during his death.
